Returns will only be accepted where there is a fault with the product. We will endeavour to replace the item. If we are not able to replace it we will refund the value back onto the original payment card. Any refund will be less the value of postage and bank processing fees.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind but if you are not convinced the jewellery is what you were looking for we are happy to exchange it for another item or gift voucher. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or return earrings.
Items will be returned at your cost and must be in there original packaging, undamaged and with the security tag attached. This only applies to items purchased on the Joanna Salmond Jewellery website and not from other retailers.
